Refund & Cancellation Policy
PlusPass is built to provide flexible access to premium gyms. This policy outlines subscription cancellations, refunds, and account termination rules.
1. Subscription Passes
PlusPass operates on recurring subscription passes (monthly / quarterly / annual, as applicable). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- The app settings
- The App Store / Google Play (if purchased via in-app subscription)
Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
2.2 After Cancellation
- You will retain access to PlusPass benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Rule
All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days, missed gym visits, or change of preference.
3.2 Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be granted at PlusPass's sole discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors preventing service access
- Proven billing mistakes
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.
3.3 App Store Purchases
If your subscription was purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested directly through the respective platform according to their policies.
4. Free Trials
If offered:
- Users may cancel during the free trial period without charge.
- Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in automatic subscription activation and billing.
5. Account Suspension or Termination
PlusPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if users:
- Share access credentials
- Abuse check-in policies
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
- Violate partner gym rules
6. Gym Access Limitations
PlusPass provides access subject to:
- Gym capacity
- Operational hours
- Partner availability
PlusPass is not responsible for temporary closures, maintenance, or policy changes by partner gyms.
7. Changes to This Policy
PlusPass reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted in-app.
